Description of group procedures for case 1
1. Facial and Neck liposuction was done by standard tumescent technique with fine canula attached to low vacuum pressure.
2. Face and neck lift was done by 2 layer rhytidectomy technique which is included the combination of skin rejuvenation (removal of excess skin and then tightening) and also facial fascia lifting (MACS lift and SMAS lift) for the long lasting result.3. Asian eyelid surgery was done for sagging eyelid removal & upper eyelid fat reduction and also enhancing of double eyelid folds.
