Dr. Chettawut’s Vaginal Dilation Philosophy

Face/Neck Lift Surgery (Rhytidectomy)

Goals of Face and Neck Lift Surgery

The goals of face lift and neck lift procedures are to lift sagging skin of the cheeks and neck, decrease wrinkle lines and creases, and make an individual appear youthful and naturally beautiful. While a facelift will create smoother and more pleasing contours to your face and neck, it cannot correct conditions such as excess skin and fatty deposits in the upper and lower eyelids, or fine wrinkles around the eyelid and mouth.

A facelift can be performed alone or in conjunction with other procedures such as a forehead lift, eyelid surgery, or nose reshaping.

Preoperative Assessment

Dr. Chettawut will assess the elasticity of your skin (wrinkles and folds) and the underlying soft tissue (fat and muscle). The bone structure of your face will also be considered to tailor the surgery to harmonize with your facial features. Your hairline will be examined to determine where incisions can be placed.
